So, what happen is i was given a free reading by a fellow witches, the reading proceed normally, but afterwards they ask for doinga cleansing ritual for me. My ituition tell me it's not a good idea so i decline but as i decline, i feel like i get zap like a lightning, and this anger and fear, afterwards im shaky and shivering.

So is this a psychic attack or what?

If it was, it sounds like it was straight from the reader to convince you to get the ritual. I assume this was something you had to pay for?

If I were you, I wouldn't go near that person again without some protections in place, including something to reflect any attacks or "persuasion" right back onto them. If you still feel it, and even if you don't, I'd do a divination of your own for yourself, using whatever method you are comfortable with, see if you can pin down what happened and where it was from. It COULD have just been something from the reading, or the reader doesn't really know what they're doing and brought their own shit to the show accidentally, but whatever it was, you'll want to banish it back to where it came from. At the very least, though, run some basic banishing, hex-breaking, and protection for yourself and your space.

It could have been an energetic "snap" - meaning that forces had built up in anticipation of an action but the decision to resist the offer were deflated too quickly, manifesting as a social anxiety. That is not to say that the witch in question was not hostile at the refusal and that this was felt in a sensitive state. For it to be a true psychic attack there would need to be other factors that come up later such as clumsy accidents, bad dreams and fearful obsessions that seduce the victim into imagining a sympathetic bond that gives the attacker more and more conscious and unconscious power. Do not give them power.
A good reader, IMO, would avoid allowing such tension to be created, and leave the door open. In a classic sense, their job is soothsaying. But I have met pushy readers, even the type who drive their clients to tears with "tough love" and then later brag about how serious they are about what they do. In one case a reader ended up being stalked by her client, who fixated on her and wanted more, and more.
So, not necessarily "psychic attack" but potentially a conflict that is not therapeutic.
Lyssa is correct. Build your own divination and protection skills.
