[Help] Question regarding website linking

I just want to ask for some clarification on linking to other websites before I do it, as I know the rules say it must be relevant, etc.

I created a free online grimoire tool

and wanted to share it with the community, but I'm not sure if it breaks rules to share it. There's no signing up or anything, I don't make anything from people using it, and everything is saved in local storage on your pc, just wanted to share in case maybe people like it. c:

Linking to other sites is fine provided they don't offer goods or services for money, such in a shop, or have a forum.
