I paid for a healing course that has a lot of meditations with 'Mudras' in it, but ironically, I cant hold postures due to things I would like to heal.
I refuse to give up though, as I have made progress from the metaphysical teachings in it, and I found my better place in myself over three months of battling inner horrors and getting used to meditation.
I have healed some splits from CPTSD and quite possibly the BPD is gone! There is certainly a notable change.
The goal now is to heal from all CPTSD and BPD, it's along the same path of trauma recovery.
Hurts like hell. When one part is gone, another surfaces. Raw emotion is coming out automatically. It used to be... more logical. Hmm...
I will also mention there is a correlation to dreams and healing and can see that I am struggling to raise the consciousness ceiling without direction, yet I can see what the problem is.
Thing is, there must be meditations to heal and raise consciousness that don't require gymnastics and poses.
Any recommendations for those with physical difficulties, that target trauma work and getting better overall?

You can find profound healing through dream work. You don’t need to learn any fancy words of power or hold any poses, but it does require personal discipline.

I had a lot spontaneous dream based recovery in the past. What sort of discipline is required to make this work by design?
Most of my experiences are not in any text book I have found.
A structure would be great.

The number one tip for dream work is to keep a dream journal within reach of your sleeping position and start writing in it before you get out of bed in the morning. Your dream recall will increase immensely just by writing what you can remember, if you can remember enough to write one sentence, write it. You'll remember more by writing.

If you stop keeping the journal, that's fine too. When I keep a dream journal I end up writing for half an hour in the morning, and I just don't want to do that every day. It's okay to take breaks.

I would look into personal Neurolinguistic-Programming or NLP. It can help alot, and of course alot of introspective hours to just contemplate on your own emotions and logic.

Yes. You need mindfulness training with your meditation, it doesn't need postures, but it requires time to grow structures in your brain that will enable you to counter emotions. As soon as you can observe them calmly, you can use whatever method you like to work with information there, could be as simple as just changing the thought pattern to something else. It's counter intuitive, but most effective way might be to deliberately do nothing as soon as you can be mindful enough regarding the problem, and if done right, the thing will dissolve and your thought patterns will also change.

If you're seeing results, there is no need to give it up entirely. I do Candali, which has a lot of mudras, some of which hurt my hands to hold for any amount of time. The thing is just chill and do what you can. If you alternate holding a mudra for a minute, and resting your hands for a minute, it will still work. Visualizing your hands in the mudra while you are resting them also may be helpful.

Holding fast defiantly works, especially in regards to having been easily pushed over before. By standing firm, immutable, I have seen results. Its not always the answer, but as a man, it usually is
I have have been over mindful at times, but it will balance. After any shift in consciousness, there is a transition to discover the new me and get used to that.

I was getting down about the Candali, but I have an idea. I can get Physiotherapy foam cut to shape or a sponge ball and use that for posture. Ill tape my hand to it if I have to. Stick gloves on the outside to hold my hands in place. Ha!
That's assuming the magic doesn't care about that.
It's as if anyone with psychical problems has never become enlightened before

Some times difficult to perform any meditation, and other times super easy. It's super ego internal resistance.
I blazed my way through the first part to get a clear idea of what is exactly going, It seems that I have activated level two but there was great resistance due to various internal problems. I practically had to will the ceiling of consciousness up relating to a dream I had.

The fire has been there a few times, but very odd. Sometimes hours before (or after). It goes where it needs. I have been a difficult patient.
Given the amount of troubles I have contended with, it figures.
