Recommended Noob Alchemy Texts

Hi all.

Besides Hall's "Secret Wisdom of All Ages"(available at a govt spy agency's website in library), Regardies "The Golden Dawn", Albertus' "The Alchemists Handbook", what would you recommend I read for a quick and solid knowledge, understanding, and wisdom of alchemy, both spiritual and material?

Feel free to drop titles here, will research them on my own. Thanks and appreciate you all no matter your path.

Gold by Regardie. I didn't read it myself, never read alchemy to be honest. Seems to be above my paygrade for now.

Seriously no idea. I have heard of this text named Splendor Solis. Never seen a proper western alchemy text. Much easier to find eastern ones.
