You're right, too rare plus it's not even out yet. And before someone points out that November is just around the corner - there have been cases where books (e.g. by Schulke) were announced by those fringe publishers, only to be postponed several times. Even if it's published as scheduled, the book will still be too rare. My personal yardstick (NOT an official rule!) is that if it's not carried by amazon, it should be considered super-rare, and hardly anybody will go through the trouble of scanning a hardcover book to make it available to the unwashed occult masses anyway.
