I see the seven branched candlestick (the heptagram) at the top merging into a series of circles, that I can see at least twelve outer rings and perhaps seven inner rings. This to me would reflect the effects of the seven planets inside bands of the signs, exerting influence through the entire wheel, reinforce at least twice by the heptagram.

Am I correct? Offbase?
