Just wondering if anyone knows where this book has been uploaded to yet. Been checking Scribd but no dice. For the record I fully intend on purchasing it after I see what the print quality is like and if the book is actually relevant to my practice.

The book has been requested before. It came out only on Feb. 8 in hardcover format so it's unlikely that somebody has already scanned and uploaded it (which may never happen at all). I'd suggest you check the older thread for any relevant information, no need to start a new one.
