Looks like you're minmaxxing your diet, but you gotta be careful about not overdoing your dosages. The body can only absorb nutrients so fast, and a lot of over the counter vitamins have way more than your body can actually absorb that ends up passed through your system. Smaller doses several times a day is better than one big dose in the morning. Also you might want to be careful about where you source your supplements from since a lot of the supplements you find online (especially ones made in China) don't necessarily follow what their ingredient list claims is in them. Try not to get heavy metal poisoning.

I did consider doing the "supplements for nutrients, food for calories and protein" sort of thing but it wasn't financially viable for me.

I follow eastern standards on vitamins & minerals. I'm 5'7 174lbs non binary been doing this intake for over a year. 35yo male with natural female shape.

I also eat tons of fish for the mercury.

Why don’t you eat fruits and vegetables so you don’t need to take an entire pharmacy everyday.
I'm blood type O- vegetables & most fruit make me sick...

And I'm in incredible shape run for miles I do parkour I live in the mountains & feel like I'm reverse aging so I'm doing something right... Lol

I've always thought the presence of mercury constitutes an argument against eating fish, or is that statement meant to be facetious? After all mercury is toxic, after all, it's why more and more people get rid of their amalgam fillings.

The amount of supplements you're taking is simply stupendous. Doctors often prescribe proton-pump inhibitors (which can be harmful themselves) to reduce the amount of gastric acid produced by the stomach as a reaction to the many pills their patients have to swallow every day. Aren't you concerned about your stomach health?

I think it's mainly stress and worrying that make us age faster, including worries about getting older and optimizing your diet.

Exercising and doing parkour is great though. If you're middle-aged, slim and have great physical dexterity as well as stamina, people will think you're much younger, and what's even better, you yourself will feel much younger. Otherwise (and what I'm shooting for myself) is not getting younger but becoming ageless instead so that younger people won't even treat me like I'm older than them. There's a mental component to it as well of course, but it's your body that makes the first impression - after all, it's hard to convince youngsters of your youthfullness while you're wheezing pityfully when climbing a flight of stairs or tying your shoelaces.

I'm considering starting to do parkour. It's great for being fit.

D3 is a must have, I take similar dosage (slightly larger) and it did miracles for me. Also taking B complex and vitamin C. That's enough, the rest can be given by proper eating.
