Chant on week beads YHVH Tzabaoth Haniel Elohim
Do while projecting letter Qoph visually.
Give note, observe feeling experiences and emotions as well as thoughts.

Interesting.
A feeling of terror yet closed off or disguised and safe.
Psalms 91 comes to mind, as does 23:4.
It's dark yet a blinding light occurs, then hazy as clouds drifting across the moon and the sky darkens while the moon shines. There are faces like wolves or apes, and a feeling of a need to move, so love do I and all goes black, even projecting Qoph all the time. A feeling of warmth on the forehead. Energy.
