Thanks! Info for others:
There's a second book beginning at page 192 with its own Table of Contents.

It's all about servitors, and the author includes a bunch of their own - what you mind find esp. of interest is that they give a different activation ritual for each sample servitor, so there's a lot to draw inspiration from

Excellent title. How could you not want to read it? "Chaos Magick Warrior" sounds like a good internet handle.

To the best of my knowledge, the last edition was published in 2017.
