There's some knockout stuff in this thread. I'm afraid I can't be a lot of help because all I do is turn my mind away and then wait. I've said this before, but the more I learn, the more convinced I am that what we refer to as 'the subconscious' is actually the right, non-verbal half of the brain. So really, reaching your 'subconscious' is just a case of getting the talking part of your brain to STFU.

I'll 100% agree with meditation - it's the original form of accessing the subconscious. It takes practice and persistence, but the entire universe is inside you. So why look elsewhere? All the things in life worth doing well take practice and persistence.

I've used a pendulum for binary (yes/no) questions, but if you meditate and are honest with yourself, it sort of becomes redundant. You know the answers before you swing out a response.

If you can get yourself into a trance state, scrying and dowsing are both pretty good options as well. I've used both, and found the results pretty solid.

I haven't used a sensory deprivation chamber, but knew a couple people that swore by them. Though, I think if you meditate, this also would sort of become redundant.

You can access your subconscious directly through pathworking and dreams. Your subconscious doesn’t create the reality you live in, but your reality and daily routines shape and influence your subconscious. When you work with your subconscious, you will see your behaviors, identify what’s impacting your life, and gain the ability to transform yourself for the better.

Both approaches take practice. Pathworking is difficult if you haven’t spent time getting familiar with the process, and messages through dreams are very hard to understand if you haven’t done much dream work. They’re very hard methods, but so is self transformation. If you want to transform yourself, you have to learn more about your subconscious.

Pathworking is a way of viewing everything that happens in your life through your subconscious. Both the good and the bad. So you can focus on the traits, habits, and inner beliefs you want to change.

Dream is when your subconscious communicates through dreams, sending messages in symbols and stories. Your job is to interpret what those messages mean and how they connect to your life.
