Sadly this is not the same.

is published in 2014 by Llwelyn and has 388 pages.

Your PDF (and everything else online pretending to be Techniques of Graeco-Egyptian Magic) is actually Magical Techniques and Implements present in Graeco-Egyptian Magical Papyri, Byzantine Greek Solomonic Manuscripts and European Grimoires: Transmission, Continuity and Commonality.

This is published in 2013 by Newcastle University, and is 450 pages long. While the content is similar, and the book surely was based on this thesis, it's not the same. One is a published book. The other is a published Ph.D. thesis (that made Skinner -> Dr. Skinner).

Unfortunatley this is the best we have, as the book itself was never scanned/available in PDF.
