Hopefully the link works, otherwise I’ll include it in a reply below.

To preface, I have a physical copy of this book already and I am willing to go ahead and scan it, but I’d like to doublecheck beforehand if anyone else has already done so (I don’t have fancy scanning equipment so it’ll take me a hot minute)!

I haven’t been able to find it in PDF format anywhere, and for convenience (and for the sake of archiving it) I’d love for there to be a PDF of it, too.
