So far it seems that not only the book is unable to be bought, but there is no trace of a pdf of it(as far as I've sought), so it seems this book can be considered a hard to acquire one and thus against the rules.

For now I will mark this as "declined", on the event someone finds it and posts on the book shares section, I(or another staff member) will change this to fulfilled.

Generally speaking, requesters are never satisfied when you offer them a similar book from a different author - they want exactly the book they requested and will even complain if they don't receive the latest edition. What's more, it's not as if we didn't have any books on chaos magic in our Library…

Nevertheless, I have to thank you for reminding me of this book, it should have been posted long ago because if I remember correctly, the printed version was one of the first books on chaos magic and published even before Peter J. Carroll's "Liber Null & Psychonaut".
