This should be it, the cover, translator and publisher match; the scan could be better though but it was the only version I could find.

I'll leave the request open then, maybe someone else can find it. I found vol. 1 on pdfcoffee.com, there is a "Guido Bonatti: Liber Astronomiae Part II" on annasarchive.org but it's by different translators and publishers.
