I am looking for the second edition. It apparently has a lot more content than the first edition.

Please don't provide links to books not hosted on mega.nz. Besides, the book has already been shared by me, and judging from the file size, it's the same one without any publication date given. Requesters tend to be very picky about the particular edition they want, so I'll consider the request still open. If you find a requested book, please upload it to a mega account but first check whether it has been posted before.
