Be it the Egyptian, Norse, Greek, Hindu or another pantheon, everyone is familiar with some delineation of gods. At some point in one's development, one comes to understand these gods as psychological forces. This is the opening to the path of the cannibal king. Recognize that the sun rises for you, for Man, and so Apollo or whatever you call him is your servant. He is bound to his cycles and they are part of the pattern of time, but this is a pattern of time you wove while traveling the du'at between lives. Awaken to your inner pharaoh and do not be absorbed by your servants, but rather, absorb them. Solipsism is infantile to a degree, yet to another degree, it is the ultimate truth. You ever wonder why so many people have a memory of a past life as the same famous people as others? This isn't evidence against reincarnation. This is proof that we are the same finite pool of souls cycled through a larger pool of lives. Of course Julius Caesar has reincarnated as multiple people, even living contemporously. Time doesn't work the same for fourth, fifth or sixth dimensional beings. And please, understand that the additional dimensions are physical, not metaphorical.
As there are three spatial dimensions, there are two easily understandable temporal dimensions. One axis is forward-back (past-present), the other is left-right ("parallel universes", where distant past circumstances are similar but in the less distant past, different choices were made). Most humans exist in the fifth dimension without any work at "ascension" or any such thing, contrary to sentiment otherwise. If you've ever thought about how things would have turned out differently if you made a different choice, you've "accessed the akasha" and had a fifth dimensional experience, even if you didn't label it as such.
Please, I beg of you, awaken to your divinity. The ontological argument for the existence of God essentially states: If it can be imagined, it must exist in some capacity or it would be incapable of being imagined. So therefore, because we can conceive of God, there must exist one. Now understand, just as when you write a story, you imagine the perspective of the character you are writing, or as you draw a picture, you imagine someone standing in the POV you are drawing from, the Creator must put itself in the position of its Creation in order to provide depth to the illusion that is life, consciousness, and sensation. In this way, I show an inversion of the master-slave dynamic usually observed in religion. The creation is not the slave of the creator, but rather, the creator is the slave of the creation, because without creation, the creator is nothing.
If you pay honour to gods, devour them. Consume them, become them, see their actions as your own, for they are. If you wish to ascend, realize you already are ascended, you simply need to acknowledge your senses beyond sensation. The "higher self" is the self, the whole self, Da'at is simply being the whole self.
