Is this two books in one, or did you forget the link to the 2nd volume? The amazon entry (you provided no working link) for Vol. II would suggest the former as it seems to consist entirely of the appendices contained in Vol. I. Anyway, thanks for your share!

It is two books in one, the appendices that make up the second volume are included here. Unfortunately, I could find no cover without the volume number.

Sorry about the Amazon link. I suspect that I did include it and then afterwards, unknowingly, clicked in such a way as to nullify it. Amazon sell a (fairly expensive; $90 for volume one) "print on request" version of the same pdf which I've uploaded.
