I was going to reply that repeating a request doesn't make a book less rare but then I checked: your original request was declined because the book hadn't come out yet and was only available on pre-order from a small niche publisher. However, it seems that

and has been offering it since the end of October, so I'll leave the request open (still had to merge threads though since it's a duplicate).
