By David Chaim Smith. I have the 2010 version but it's very blurry and hard to read. Another updated edition came out in 2015 and I'm wondering if anyone has a PDF. The cover art for both editions is different so you shouldn't have any issues distinguishing which one is the 2015 version. Thanks in advance

I'll try to purchase the 2015 version kindle edition which will be perfect, clear, ebook format and not scans. Possibly when the next few Benefactor payments come through I should have enough.
