You can literally find this book in multiple places easily available on the internet with a quick search. Its copyright was not renewed.
On second thought, what exactly does the "reprint edition" contain that makes it worth US$14 on Amazon? Other than it being available for one-click purchase for Kindle users? (people will pay for the first thing they find and for convenience, regardless of whether it's free elsewhere imo)
