The thing I am doing now is making offerings to 3 deities and my ancestors, is that too much? Anyways I have been feeling off centred and lost in life, so I have been doing HGA and Success exercises, I feel them working but I am not doing my part, the shadow work. I have been flighty and jumping from one topic to another, I told myself no more book downloads for the time being.

Guys the book was confusing, found out some personal stuff and decided to help, I am currently on day 3 of lemongrass00's unconscious integration, I have been self analysing, my meditation has come with more body sensations, I feel alot more movement in my unconscious. The first ritual hit me in the face! But the summer solstice is coming up and I want to do a medium sided ritual + sun invocation!!!!! I wan to make a all in one oil, and I wanted to have it in layers, like the charkas, an the user can start from the root go up. Now I'm over thinking it, thinking that it should be separate oils.

I had it set, each layer of herbs would represent qualities of a chakra from root to crown, with some layers having psalms in accordance to these qualities. Each layer of herbs would have been charged with a chakra and at the end topped with oil, then I do a sun invocation to infuse the oil.
