Yes, there is a partial pdf scan online. Unfortunately, it begins at page 120+ lierally right AFTER the info I really need.

The translation you're asking for is out-of-print. The publisher has closed. I am not sure if this request can be fulfilled even, unless you're willing to pay a premium to get it, sure. It is a collector's item now.

Keep in mind that Etz Chaim in its original form is at 3500 pages at least. Meanwhile this is only 500-600 page translation.
But you're not fully out of luck, there's a 4 volume translation circulating Amazon by E. Colle and H. Colle. They make up to 600 pages too. With each volume being at 25 USD.

There's a full translation to English in 12 volume-set by Fabrizio del Tin which used to be published at Everburninglight. Currently is not open for sale, however when it was, each volume was priced at ~150 USD. :)

Summary, the request as it is is near impossible to fill. Sorry.

Since according to @Milton its such a rare book and you've already searched high and low for it... Request Declined, sorry. Which doesn't bar anybody from posting the book, it just means that it's highly improbable it will ever turn up.

That's my own private criterion, availability on amazon.com, so your Request is Open again (unless you're looking for another edition not available there).

Edit of edit: The only edition by these translators available on amazon is from 1999, so please add a corresponding link if you know of a more recent edition. Still a very rare book as well as a collector's item.
