Rule No. 6: "The request must reasonably be able to be fulfilled (don't ask for super rare books that are not digitized and obviously no one has access to them)"

This book is only available in only available in printed form and caters only to a tiny fringe segment of the market, no matter how notorious BALG may be in our circles. Miracles sometimes happen when it comes to the sharing of rare books but the average BALG afficionado is not known for freely sharing exclusive knowledge that he or she has paid a lot of money for, I'd say, therefore I have declined your request.
