Once again Rule No. 5 applies: "The request must reasonably be able to be fulfilled (don't ask for super rare books that are not digitized and obviously no one has access to them)". The book is not available in digitized form and is only offered by a few fringe publishers. If one of the few buyers scans it (thus possibly ruining the binding of a relatively expensive book), it would be a minor miracle.
