I remembered — there is a very powerful magical school. I created one of the Ruling Houses. I learned about this when I encountered an Agent of the 13th House, that very Lady, back in 2019.
The school also has human representatives. But there are not many of them, and, most interestingly, they cannot exist there in physical bodies. For this reason, they remain on Earth in a comatose state in clinics for many years.
