Most people here seem to be using Magick for really esoteric purposes (divination, hexes etc.) but i was wondering but i was wondering if anyone tried using magick got more everyday uses? I had the idea of drawing sigils on a gloryhole to increase the pleasure of getting your glizzy gobbled, would this work? Is it wrong to use Magick for something so mundane?

I think using the holy and divine force that created the universe in such a way is profane and will probably incur negative karmic debt. Ask for wisdom first and guidance about what to use magick for and then pay attention to the signs and quiet whispers that will answer you.
Sure it would work. A sigil is a message sent into the "astral" or whatever one wants to call it. Make it, charge it, forget it. I was reading one of the recent translations of the Picatrix, and the translator made some observations about the content of this classical work:
Magic in Western culture (at least according to some scholars) comprises activities that breach social norms. While many of the authors of medieval magical texts, including al-Qur ubī, claim higher and more salubrious goals for their magic, this section aims to unpack and compare the specific, operative objectives of the magical rituals described in the Picatrix. In other words, what were its intended users so desperate to achieve, yet so powerless to bring about (keeping in mind the often reprehensible and illegal nature of the magical practices in question)?
Before examining the details of the materials in the Picatrix, it is important to observe the common thread that unites virtually all of the rituals in this book: the attempt to control what lies beyond the grasp of whoever is requesting or performing the magic. ...
Of the 2323 rituals in Picatrix, "interpersonal relations" account for 751 of the objectives sought. I would posit that sexual encounters rank pretty high on the list of things people want from magic because most cultures have strong anti-sex currents which Puritanical people would insist are necessary for social order and hygiene. (The more restrictive a society becomes, the sicker it gets, imho.) I'm only using the Picatrix as an example here since the translator made that point about the real reasons why most people use magic: to influence other people using transpersonal* methods. You can use any kind of magic you think will work best for you.
* Stephen Flowers, Don Webb, and likely others use this term, transpersonal, to refer to that which is unseen yet influential between humans and non-manifest beings.
I'll agree with this to a point. That which removes free will from another should be avoided. On the other hand, you could specify with your magic that you wish to find a willing partner. You're sending out the signals and letting someone of like mind and feelings come to you.

I mean, isn't getting laid pretty much the first and oldest use of magick?
Wisdom and enlightenment are all fine and good, but there is no point at all to wisdom that isn't used. I'm a practical witch myself, and of the opinion that most wisdom comes from experience and research, and therefore magick starts with the practical. Even divination and hexing, if you think about it, are usually practiced for pretty mundane purposes. I wouldn't worry about karma, and it's certainly not wrong. Actually, that's really the best place to start. Simple spells, immediate and measurable results.
Crossroads of the practical and the esoteric, right there. Practically, it got you your job. Esoterically, it opens up the question of why it felt dirty and (at least potentially) therefore offers you the wisdom of either shedding unnecessary, outside limitations in the form of teachings that you've internalized, or taught you something important about what sex and its use is to you. Good for you! (And it's awesome it worked.)
