I have for a healing course gone over to a vegetarian diet, but don't know exactly what I am doing . By now I am mostly 'detoxed'. There is no way I can really eat raw and there is very little choice in fresh roots, quite basic.
I had thought of adopting the Rudolph Steiner diet for a while.
Still have eggs and dairy.
I do not want a vitamin deficiency ever again.
I might try fish, as once I unintentionally had veg and fish for a week and felt lighter/better.
I am defiantly getting thinner around face and extremities.
I cant really argue this, but I am told that excess meat produces a mucus in the intestine, an excess of the mucus causes less feeling of emotion. you need to feel to heal ect.
I suppose I could just entitle this as, 'the ideal diet for spiritual life and mediation'.
It does seem to match the diet in 'the exorcists Handbook' by osephine Mccarthy, which makes sense as that's basically what you are doing in yourself.
It reminds me of a typical 'Jesus diet', or what I perceived yogis to eat.
What am I supposed to do to supplement in the way of minerals and micro nutrients?
Is there a known organic natural supplement to do this?
I miss chicken
