You should know very well by now that books like this one break the rule #5:
The request must reasonably be able to be fulfilled (don't ask for super rare books that are not digitized and obviously no one has access to them)

This book in question even has this specified on the site:
708 hand-numbered copies only

So due to both checking it's price on places like Amazon and seeing how this is a numbered book, I will decline this request because it is very unlikely that there will be someone that will scan and share the pdf of such book here.
