So I got my natal chart done, and noticed that my venus is in virgo, which is its "fall", and I never really have ever had luck in love and the like. So I was wondering if anyone kowns how could I compensate for this, help this or something of the like, all help is appreciated!

Taking on a devotional relationship with a deity related to Venus would be the best way to go imo. Invoke her and ask how to remediate the relationship, open yourself to love, and to guide you to balance her in your sphere. Christopher Warnock has several books on it which can help guide you through it in an astrological context, while Scott Stenwick's blog can help with ceremonially invoking the archangel, intelligence, and spirit of Venus.

You might like to make and consecrate a planetary talisman corresponding to Venus (methods can vary, but Regardie / Golden Dawn if you can concentrate or any of the chaos magick techniques if you struggle with that), and then performing the Ritual of the Hexagram as regards Venus as part of an invocation. So:

Make and consecrate talisman to venus after your preferred method.
Prepare invocation text of your own or borrow from somewhere (Rites of Eleusis is a good source for this)
Perform Hexagram invocation to Venus and read invocation.
Close with any banishings you prefer.
Nice cup of tea.

Carry talisman with you until you feel change.

While I agree with the ritual aspect of "appeasment" or adaptation to astral forces in the natal chart, the chart itself should be understood holistically. There is not one thing in the chart can cause difficulty in relationships - other objects may contribute and even may help pose a solution if they are contemplated in relation to one's life.

Venus in Virgo is one thing, though even a planet in Fall might have its advantages. For instance, the position can be good for analyzing one's feelings in a particularly way, attention to detail in creativity, but these activities can be overdone and cause nervous tension.

But one should look at the House situation. The 7th House is usually linked with things like relationships and marriage, as is the 4th, but there are others. Aspects count, even if they are not obvious - squares and oppositions can have "reflex actions". The South Node (now situated in Virgo) can point to traumas in a prior incarnation. The Lot of Eros, if you can get it, can point to romantic prospects good and bad. Black Moon Lillith can indicate aspects of sexuality, especially dark unconscious desires that get repressed on one hand or even support or interfere with a relationship. Saturn, even well aspected, kind of casts an umbrella shadow over everything because this is the prime force of cohesion to which all the planets below its sphere must ultimately obey.

I agree with the view that Outer Planets beyond Saturn point to generational tensions and trends, so these can be helpful in understanding the era that has impressed itself on you and how you adapt in time. Boomer, Gen X, Millennial and Gen Z can all be viewed through these angles. All of them have peculiar emotional hang ups in relation to the desires of becoming which speak to styles of relationships, though general basic dynamics of relations never really change.

It's all very complicated, but in a system like a natal chart, everything points to everything else in some way organically. Add to that the external patterns of the heavens now, and you get a dynamic wheel affecting your inner wheel of personality. A right understanding from one's own knowledge can even point to more precise and personalized magical solutions, but that understanding does take work and more than a few grains of salt, so to speak.

Makes me think of Vesta/Hestia. What it the asteroid Vesta doing in your chart?

I've never paid much attention to exaltation/fall. Viewed through the lens of sidereal astrology it's quite probable that Venus is in the constellation of Leo, which is a whole other situation.
