What food you eat for splits?

You have found perhaps some food that has a good effect on stretching? I already mastered all types of splits. But you still have to maintain them. I train over an hour each day. I just noticed that some food did affect it positively like noodles. But I'm not sure. It just feels one day easy, the other day hard and even hurts almost. I try not to skip a day stretching because it takes lot more work the next day.

I also wonder how many can do the splits here. I watched a video once they claim split in 30 days. From my experience it took me 3 years to master. But I wanted all types. The worst effect 2 years was energy drain next day. I felt tired like crazy.

Well I assume I did something wrong so that's what the post is about. I always do the front split for 30 minutes changing legs 10x or something. Then I do stand split + real stand split. And only then the side split which for my experience is the most difficult. I mean I'm there already. A bit late making this post. But perhaps I could learn something here.

My main question is still food. What kind of food do you eat that benefits you best for that?
