its uncomfortable. first the walking trance then the feinting. the time travel and visiting self in future and past. one thing i used this time for was to reassure myself . saying things to myself in troubled times. which later would be helpful for me and was supportive. when i found myself in traumatic circumstances in the past i would say like. its ok, ill always be here. i love you (to myself)
i have been dealing with this always. monsters. noises. falling from the sky into my body and waking up. passing my body between spirits. not knowing if im awake or not. dreaming for years. loosing weeks.
to be careful. there are a few main things that make it worse.
dont do drugs
not even weed.

drink lots of water. (it really helps alot) your wallking alot and moving and its draining (just drink more water)
that goes with, mind your diet. it can help. cut out junk. eat oranges.
try to practice stillness just lay and watch it happen. and non reactiveness.
manage your sources. banish what does not serve you as it passes your awareness.
when you find useful aspects or clues remember and even physically note them.
its hard to explain but try not to physically react to dream states.
another thing that might work sooner than later. is vedic mantras and also solfeggio frequencies. try the channel Anthony sommers, meditative mind, the power of you... try listening to the gaiatri mantra... or some solid theta. sleep with theta. it might help for rest..
ps. while you are in there . ask the characters in your dream if they know you are dreaming them. observe their responses. do they go silent, deny it, say a riddle. or what. if they give an instruction. DONT FORGET. write it down. thats your answer. if you get the chance ask for....the demon of dream power. this will bring you deeper to your powers
i would like to discuss the dream world and its laws as a practical and managable space. one of the laws there i know is . do not touch a thing that is not for you. this will prolong the dream, and give you greater time to come to awareness and then to control the outcome. that is to say, respect the entities of the dream world as you would any other being . patience and discernment are so key...
one time i had a dream where there was a group of us in a parking lot, and we were all discussing how we were asleep and dreaming and had found each other. we were realizing that we were visiting each other in the dream space. i was there, and there was a yellow wizard, and others. as i woke up. a voice said. the most important thing , is that you dont forget.
