Here's mine

There is a creator of reality. That creator is a sun that emits poetry-energy (1)(2). I react to that poetry-energy by having a powerful hallucination of time, space, me, you, things, stuff, money etc. (3). This space of reactions is like a cloud, occluding that light.

(1) It looks like a great sun-jewel. It is not conscious or intelligent or possessed of a personality as far as I can tell.

(2) By poetry energy I mean, well, consider your favorite song. Now take away the lyrics and the tune. What's left is a stream of feelings, the emotions, the poetry energy. That's what I'm talking about.

(3) Primary actors in this hallucination are awareness and the river of sensations (sight, sound etc).

Let's take a number. It could be infinity, but let's say it's 10,000. That's how many worlds there are. An atom is 99.99% empty space. Each 0.01% of that space is an atom, phased out of our world and into another. Thus 10,000 of them.
But what is that atom? Well, it's a few 3-dimensional waves compressed into subatomic points, vibrating more slowly than the surrounding waves. These faster vibrating waves include the "fields" we perceive around us, like the EMF fields around cell towers, things that can be mathematically defined but not seen with the outer eyes. These faster vibrating waves also include light, which I would identify as the vehicle for consciousness. Now we have to define "consciousness".
At the basest level, a light particle or wave isn't consciousness the way we typically think of it. When we think of consciousness, we think of ourselves and our experience of consciousness. But by way of metaphor, this is like thinking of the ant colony or the beehive as the smallest unit of a species. While it's true that the beehive can only continue in perpetuity as a collective, each member of it can live on its own and has an individual experience. It's simply not capable of maintaining a hive (or for that matter really, itself) on its own. Similarly, a ray of sunshine is conscious in the sense that it is and it knows that it is, but it does not reflect upon its travels the way we do. Think again of how I said matter is slowly vibrating, condensed light/consciousness, and imagine yourself driving a car along the highway as a ray of stellar light traveling through the galaxy. Now, imagine you get to town and you see people out on the streets, there's clearly something going on, but you can't see through the crowd so you circle around the block. Eventually you get out and join the crowd to get a closer look yourself. This is a metaphor for light entering the pineal gland and being absorbed into your aggregate consciousness, slowing from Light Speed to Matter Speed. Sometimes this moment of consciousness/light entering the pineal gland is divine inspiration, sometimes it's an observer-particle that just wants to see "what's up?", often it's somewhere in between. I'd call these light particles "angels".
This is where the woo-woo comes in. Because we (and everything, even the stuff we can't see that's "empty space") are made of light/consciousness, that's how the law of attraction or manifestation or whatever you want to call it works. Call that 0.01% of space that everything is made out of "Our Matrix". Call the 0.01% of space that I say is an adjacent world "Another Matrix". Call the 100% of space that contains everything "The Matrix". Well, The Matrix is a series of overlapping, penetrating meshes that could hypothetically be represented entirely as mathematical fields (given sufficient compute). When I say "I'm going to win the lottery", my consciousness charts a plot through those meshes, landing at a destination point somewhere in the multiverse where the numbers in the drawing match the numbers on my ticket. As I travel along that path, I come across those fields, which penetrate across the axis of space these atoms take up, giving me things like dreams of my numbers coming up, or encounters with the model of car I plan to purchase after winning.
What I'm referring to as "The Matrix" is actually the fourth spatial dimension. A common misconception is that "the fourth dimension is time". In actuality, temporal dimensions and spatial dimensions are discrete concepts that get conflated.
This is my grounded take on the idea of humans as higher dimensional beings. I literally spatially exist along a band in the fourth dimension that is being perceived as a 3-dimensional plane intersecting a portion of that physical being, and my consciousness extends along that band. I am simultaneously myself at my best and at my worst, and my goal as a higher dimensional being is to move that entire band into a region where the worst is better than the best used to be.
