[Opinion] What systems would you recommend that have structure but are not necessarily ceremonial magic?

Everyone's got one.

Elaborate on what you're looking for in terms of structure. Every system has structure to it, that's what makes it a system instead of just doing random things and ascribing significance to them.

I recommend Pythagorean numerology. It's simple enough, and once you memorize the meanings of the digits, you can apply it to anything anywhere.

Thanks for your recommendation! This kind of thing was exactly what I was meaning. I have adhd and it makes it difficult to do long elaborate rituals.

Yes, in fact I was working with that system for about 3 months. I think I got overwhelmed because I read ahead. I didn't think it would be possible to light fires, levitate and such. Which is probably bad to let yourself be in a limiting mind frame, but I couldn't help it.

There are still many skills one could gain from it.

Now I think about your OP, seems like you could enjoy some Chaos magick manuals. Perhaps try Advanced Magic for Beginners by Alan Chapman? Or the infamous Liber Null?

As much as the name of the practice greatly annoys me, it is a plausible system to learn and implement into whatever overall lifelong practice you grow and expand upon. It is extremely malleable. Core Shamanism. Evelyn Rysdyk is not a bad beginner author to look into and attention deficiency is often not a hindrance due to much of the repetitive impulses create a plethora of sensory overload in ecstatic consciousness.
