[Help] What to do if cursed with yokai

I have an issue that my ignorance caused. I have just come back from Japan, not a very great trip, but I had visited temples and brought back talisman. I failed to cleanse these talisman and even gave a few to my girlfriend. Now I have lost all my luck, have had tricks like the oven being left on or the tv changing, and even my girlfriend had passed out and fell into glass. I sense cleansed the talisman in my possession and shall cleans my girlfriend’s and hold them here before tomorrow. Any help with malevolent spirits is appreciated or if I further lack a key point of the puzzle I would greatly appreciate enlightening.

What is your experience level, skills, systems you practice?
The first step is divination, to ascertain what is the problem, and what is the solution. If you are actually "cursed with a yokai", cleansing talismans might not quite resolve the situation. If you can't do divination or break curses, or banish/ pacify angry spirits, yourself, you'll have to pay someone else to do it.

I'm no expert, but I'd say buy a bottle of sake and leave a glass out overnight. After the spirit has had time to absorb the essence of the offering, dump the glass outside in the earth in the morning.

Japanese spirit should appreciate a well-intended offering of sake.
