Just as the title says, What would you say is the most powerful book for protection against magick of other practicants that wants to ruin your life through all sorts of magick? I suppose some people would say that protection magick must be done through extensive practices from more than 1 book, so, that's why I said: or at least the top 3 books taking into account the pareto law (the 20 percent of practices gives the 80 percent of results). Ah, a belt-and-braces man… you will most likely get several book suggestions in the replies to your post so I'll limit myself to the one protection book I have personal experiences with. It's "Magickal Protection: Defend Against Curses, Gossip, Bullies, Thieves, Demonic Forces, Violence, Threats and Psychic Attack" by Damon Brand, six or more copies of which can be easily found for free on annas-archive.org. Brand's general-purpose Master Ritual is to be repeated on 33 consecutive days and uses a sigil as well as a prayer to some of Apollonius of Tyana's genies which should take no more than ten minutes each day. There is also the (much shorter) Sword Banishing Ritual that you only need to 'activate' once and that I liked so much that I've since fallen into the habit of performing it every day, first thing in the morning when I get out of bed and last thing at night before I go to bed, similar as many people do with the LBRB. I performed the whole 33-day Master Ritual as well, so far it seems to work, knock on wood.
There are also more specific rituals using Kabbalistic angel names and sigils with writing in Hebrew on them, so you may want to check out those as well. It's a good idea you're asking for recommendations here, there is such a bewildering variety of books on protection in our Library that it's hard to choose the one that is right for you.

You could post a request in Book Requests so it gets noticed (here it will most probably get ignored) but I can tell you right now chances are abysmal - I can't find a commercial vendor, and it's not even on the author's webpage.
