I'm Welsh, and practice as a dyn hysbys (cunning man) and I'd suggest starting with our folklore and mythology; The Mabinogion, local folk tales, Y Tylwyth Teg/Bendith y Mamau, folk customs.
More recent authors worth looking at include Mhara Starling (Welsh, and a witch) and Kristoffer Hughes (Welsh, and a druid).
There are also historical folk magicians/Dynion hysbys who weren't /aren't witches, as well as the roots of the druidic revival via Iolo Morganwg.
