Share a PDF of a book.
Several years ago there was a website called wingmakers.Co.nz. It had some energy exercises which really used to work for me. But it seems to have closed down now . The contents of this web site are collected in this pdf file .
I do not know why this happen with me , I upload a book when I press the post icon it does not respond & when I repeat the process I find double post!?
