[Help] Asmodeus and His Signs

Please help me make sense of this situation. Over a year ago, I first started receiving signs from Asmodeus, which I successfully ignored because of his high rank. He is a Prince of Hell, and I am just a witch, interacting with him seems quite dangerous to me.


Some time later, I was looking for a relationship. I rejected thousands of guys and gave a chance to only one, who started our conversation with the words: "Which demon do you serve?" The irony is that I never tell anyone I practice magic, nor do I ever show it. He then began talking about Asmodeus, you should have seen my face. We broke up shortly after, but after a while, I entered another relationship, and that guy also mentioned during a conversation: "You know that Asmodeus is the demon of lust and..."

Since then, I have continued to meet people through whom Asmodeus seems to manifest. It appears that because I ignore the subtle signs, he decided to make himself known this way. No matter what book I pick up, where I go, or who I meet, the Goetia and Asmodeus keep popping up everywhere.

So, is this really how Asmodeus gives signs that he wants to work together? If so, what is the best way to begin interacting with him? Perhaps meditation on his sigil? I simply don’t understand his interest in me at all.

In any case, I would be grateful for any advice or answers.

If you wish to make contact, dont go straight for evocation. Begin by gazing at his sigil on a piece of paper under black or red candles until it seems to pop out and become three dimensional. Notice any tingling sensations or a sense of presence. For Asmodeus this is best performed during Solar hours on a Sunday.

Once intiial contact has been made your goal is to determine the validity of what you've made contact with. Ask out loud "Are you truly Asmodeus"? He famously must answer this question. Then determine what he wants, ask why he seeks this connection, ask how you might benefit from working with him. Ask for verification through a sign or through information that is unknown to you.

If all you receive in response is flattery and what appears to be reflections of your own thinking then you are probably not dealing with the true Asmodeus and instead may be speaking to a thought form of your own creation. This step of identification is the only goal of this sigil gazing exercise, if you wish to proceed further then begin preparing for more elaborate workings to bring him forward in greater power. This exercise may be somewhat destabilizing if you are unpracticed, but it is not very dangerous. You may cast a circle and any prior protection that you wish.

End with the usual license to depart and banishing ritual.

Some of his servants could have noticed you and trying to drag you into his network, or which is more likely in general, you are experiencing a sort of spiritual spam, or like banners on internet, it's indirect. Some demons catch their fish by trawling or spamming around. Whether it is in your best interest or only serving the demon is for you to decide. But since you had no intention of working with him, this probably only serves the demon. Best thing is to ignore those advertisements and check what in you might be in line with demon's themes and character, then clarify your stance on that. When you have clear preferences and mindful of your security, it works like an adblocker. But if you're simply "surfing the web", a banner may tempt you to click on it, then you may get a virus and more insistent spamming. As long as you are curious, you have an open window through which more ads can fly into your life. And even when you ask around about the demon from others you work as a relay station for him. Better ask yourself. I personally never contacted this demon, so can't share any experience of him.

Have you worked with a demon before? Is that something you are interested in? What is your background and framework with the subject? I am asking not to pry, but because the context matters here and I dont want to assume this is wanted/unwanted or even scary to you. Also, why does 'just a witch' interacting with Asmodeus seem dangerous to you? So my suggestions would depend on those answers, if you dont mind providing a little clarity.
