Nose,:/ quiero aprender de todo, eh prácticado lo de frotar las manos e intentar agrandar una "bola" para aprender a manipular la energía, y e estado intentando la protección astral, en el día 1 solo sentí un hormigueo y el corazón se aceleró, en el día 2 lo intente dos veces y no se si lo logré al final o era un sueño ya que me enfocaba en mirar adentro y de ahí escapar de mi cuerpo y lo último que tuve cuando desperté por así decirlo fue que abría una puerta y un ser oscuro me cerraba la puerta al mismo tiempo y después yo me asusté y pensé en despertarme o regresar a mi cuerpo y me desperté. Ok. I don't know, :/ I want to learn everything. I've practiced rubbing my hands together and trying to enlarge a "ball" to learn how to manipulate energy, and I've been trying astral protection. On day 1, I only felt a tingling sensation and my heart raced. On day 2, I tried it twice, and I don't know if I finally succeeded or if it was a dream, since I was focused on looking inside and escaping my body. The last thing I experienced when I woke up, so to speak, was opening a door and a dark being closing it at the same time. Then I got scared and thought about waking up or going back to my body, and then I woke up. Sorry if it's a lot of text.
