Is it possible to "eat" shadow people?

I know this is a bit of a strange question but I've seen or sensed shadow people since I was a child and they used to frighten me quite a bit. As I got older I kind of just ignored them or talked to them if I was bored, albeit it was always a one way conversation. About a year ago they started to become constant and kind of annoying (they would usually only appear once every couple of weeks or months and for short periods of time and usually only one at a time). After a couple days of constant annoyance I told them to leave or I would eat them. They did not leave so I got a bit angry and imagined myself eating them and then they were gone. I thought this was a bit silly but in the moment I just felt like eating them.

A couple of days ago I saw an something on X saying if your are being spiritually attacked just eat your attackers, so now I am wondering is this a tried and true method of dealing with things of this sort?

Thank you. Eating them in my mind worked and like I said I only did that because I was getting a bit annoyed with them. However I will take your advice if I run into something I truly don't want to be in my presence in the future!

Yes, it is possible. If I can drain spirit of their lifeblood, (energy) than you can eat them. Though I rarely go towards such drastic measures. There are other techniques as has already been advised. Also from personal experience, if you take into yourself too much of "bad" energy, it can cause you needless trouble.

You don't need their energy, so eating them isn't a good idea. Use consecrated salt to destroy their bodies by throwing salt on them.

Alternatively, create a chaos magic servitor to eat them—the servitor can absorb their energy. But well, if it's a powerful shadow person, it will destroy the servitor in seconds.

many years back , I was walking past a house where some suspect crazy 'new age ' something couple were living .

Some white globby vaguely anthropoid looking thing rushed at me out of nowhere , without thinking I sucked it in and ate it . I didnt plan or think anything about it, it just happened . I felt fine afterwards , no effects .

Later I found out they had been experimenting without experience or knowledge in a goetic ritual of some type .

Mahakala eats demons and drinks their blood ! That works ; demons see it and '' That thing eats demons ! ... and drinks our blood ! F that, I am out of here ! ''

Consuming energetic bodies is a good practice as long as you got internal alchemical formulas to transmute the energy type so you don't absorb the negative attributes from said entities I do this practice often. Without transmuting said energy you could become depressed, or even rarely end up in a spiritual psychosis as with everything understanding is key before just doing.

I was also curious if it would be possible to transmute the negative energy into something else but now that you bring it up I know it is possible. I will refrain from eating any entities until I learn more about internal alchemy/transmutation. Luckily nothing really seemed to change after I did this besides perhaps a reinvigorated feeling of knowing I have control over my surroundings.
