Been practicing Thelema seriously for about a year. "Seriously" meaning my Liber AL has coffee stains on three pages, and I can do the LBRP without stopping to think "wait… did I already say Adonai?" about half the time.

I don't own a proper wand yet. I use a Stewart Copeland signature drumstick. Yes, the drummer from The Police. Good balance, solid weight, and way more rock-and-roll cred than your average wand.

The whole "every man and every woman is a star" thing actually helped me. I try to remember that when someone cuts me off in traffic. They're a star. A really annoying star. But still a star.

I play guitar, drums, and piano at a solid intermediate level. Good enough to impress people who've never picked up an instrument. Bad enough to make real musicians smile politely.

Locally I'm known as the Bird Man. I feed crows every single day. Corvids are my thing. You'd think by now they'd bring me a coin or a cool rock. Nothing. Ungrateful? Yes. Do I still love the feathery jerks? Also yes.

Here for banter, learning, and posting the occasional card trick (sleight-of-hand magician for 25+ years).

Yes, I can find your card. Finding my true Will is apparently going to take a lot longer.

Anyway, stay frosty.

A fellow Thelemite, welcome! I use a polished horn as a wand. (Relatively small, forgot the species, it has been dulled at the tip)
