Working with the Aura for better health and psychic self defence, if I focus on my Aura and fortify it with my mind will it get stronger?

Like if I visualize it stronger, more solid will it get stronger?

What about in a Aurum Solis exercise known as "The Tower of Light" in which you visualize your Aura in blue color and then visualize the Higher Self, then proceed to visualize sparkling light falling from the Higher Self into your body and permatting the Aura as in a blessing from the Higher Self, what would the benefits be for this kind of exercise?

Short answer is, yes, but not completely.

Everything in Nature needs food. The food for our bodies , physical and energy bodies, is not just physical nutrition, it's also air, prana/qi. Subtle nutrition.
You should combine visualisation and trained thought, with breathing exercises/ pranayama/qi gong (inner and outer) , yoga etc.
The energy bodies need new 'food' to come in, and breathing 'properly' is a huge part of that.
Just like lifting weights to gain more physical matter, the food for the muscles has to come from your physical nutrition.
Same thing with the aura/energy bodies. They need to be fed from 'Outside'

Hi, thanks for replying, I do have few meditation techniques from the Aurum Solis, 1 with visualization and mantra chanting, other with only visualization, and I do void of mind meditation combined with box breathing, I also practice qi gong every morning during the sun rise to energize in the morning, but I do like the martial qi gong stuff, I dont know about visualization qi gong, at least it has helped me in controlling breath and movement.

Sounds like you are already doing some very good practises.
I started with basic Korean 'Daoist Yoga' which included your typical energy movements with hands and breath.

I actually really like chakra bija mantra and moving the energy down from the Heavens through all the chakra systems .

Also just 'belly breathing' filling up the Dan Jon, /Dan Tien etc.

No real books just on these, specifically in mind, but since you are already doing qi gong in the morning I think you are on the right path.
Just listen to your body :) bodiessssuhh. lol
