What's your preferred method of angelic contact or magic?

After a long time of avoiding the angels due to religious trauma, I've finally decided to attempt to reach out. I'm fairly well versed in the theory of most of the Solomonic forms of angel magic, though I've never done them before. I have done the Goetia, which is of course derived from the Heptameron, so that's probably the closest thing I've had to any experience with this branch of magic. But I'm here to ask: what is your favorite method of contacting and working with angelic spirits? What is it about your method you like?

Well, before you reach out. I would suggest you make VERY sure you are prepared. Angels are not like Daemons. Daemons usually have a personal reason for what they do, while angels basically do it just to do it. If an Angel responds to you, it is for a high-cosmic purpose, and what they have to say is something that could shake you to your core and reshape your entire reality. Angels do not cusion you. You either take what they teach you and integrate it, or take it, never unrealize it, and go mad from non-acceptance.
