[Help] Malkuth initiation

I have been into esotericism for a while now, however, I have been lacking in structure. I find myself too and froe with things. Which isnt a bad thing, when it is grounded. So, I would like to do a malkuth initiation. Does anybody have any tips on how to do this?

For context, I am into the Thelemic and Hermetic traditions. We all know how high voltage these practices are, especially hermeticism. So, obviously, i need structure to stay grounded. Thus, why I am seeking an initiation.

I want to do a personal initiation and not a group one, as I have always preferred to practice solitarily. (The hermetic groups around me are more worried about arguing who is more "magickal" than the other, and I dont care to be involved.)

I am aware that this involves some form of purification. A lot of people fast for this, but I cannot as I am slightly underweight. So I have made a compromise and, if it comes down to it, semen retention would be my go to for this. But, I just need to get the details in line. A multi day ritual of initiation is not something I have done before.

Maybe you could look into calling the 4 elemental Kings / one of their creatures on a certain day of the week (4 weeks in a row)

I did this only once so far but found it to be interesting ritual:
Take a stick and go cleaning trash from park or some palce. Like really And as you do that, focus on removing that trash and making the lace pure as much as you purify yourself. Spending hour or such clearing felt like great purifying meditation to me. It makes me realize that when the trash is there for some time I get used to it as much as I get used to "trash" within myself. So by going against this laziness of mind you can purify both the place as well as yourself. And then see how it slowly gathers trash again as that is human nature you intent to go against...

And along with the ritual effect you do something good for the world.

So, I should implement service/charity alongside it. I like this idea for purification.
