In the library, we have a book of folk magic that uses the elements, called Earth, Air, Fire, and Water by Scott Cunningham, who was a Wiccan. He also wrote a similar book called Earth Power. We don't seem to have the latter in the library, but its an inexpensive paperback. It will take you a while to get library privileges anyway.

I've read them both. They aren't quite my cup of tea, but they might be what you're looking for.
