spiritual attack from my father

My father is a Buddhist monk and has Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD). For many years, I have been blamed for things that were not my fault, and I believe I have also been under continuous spiritual attack.
My background is mainly in Onmyōdō, Shinto, and Esoteric Buddhism, so I’m not new to ritual practice. However, I’m new to Western ceremonial magic and am currently studying it.
What is the strongest protective ritual you perform regularly, and why do you consider it effective? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I would not use practices unfamiliar to me to defend against someone capable of attack. The 3 traditions you mentioned have more than enough. Why would you want to change practices for this?

Actually the 3 traditions are quite not enough in my case. These resources are quite limited traditionally kept within hereditary lineages and is not publicly available. There is some old books you can purchase, but mostly it is written in old literature and it is difficult to read.
Beside that, western magics seems to be more publicly available, and its texts are easier to read, even though many of them were written a long time ago.
