[Opinion] Conflict working with Demons in a Christian home?

I read a comment on the demonology subreddit about how they don’t recommend calling on demons inside your house if the house has been blessed by a Christian. They said this will piss off the demons and they won’t respond to you. Is this true? I was thinking of contacting bune for money but now I’m not sure considering my mother is a hardcore Christian and prays over us, our house, etc everyday

As an ex hardcore Christian I think inviting a demon into your parent's house is a very, very bad idea. It'll never work out. And the fact that your Mother prays over you everyday means you will have little chance of success. How would your Mother react if she found out you did that? I would expect that she would NOT be pleased.

I know she’d go crazy if she found out. Also the same comment I referenced said doing this risks being caught and their mom had found their alter even after hiding it extremely which is why I haven’t gone through with the ritual

I personally don't believe that "praying over" someone really changes anything or has any power over them or produces any real effect. I think that gives prayer a lot more credit than it deserves. I also think there is a good chance that demons are not separate, objective entities but rather parts of ourselves, parts of the human mind. So that's something to consider. If demons were objectively real and autonomous, I don't really think Christian prayer would be enough to put them off. If it is, they aren't very powerful.

Why assume that prayer has that much power? It doesn't. Also, obviously she would not be pleased, and so what?
