Off the top of my head, something that might work, would be:
•banish
•LIRH
•Greater invoking hexagram of mars, facing mars
•orphic hymn to mars
•have a red candle ready on your altar anointed with mars or destruction oil
•Have a statement of intent under the candle holder along the lines of, "it is my will that person's name die in a horrible accident"
•state your statement of intent aloud and light the candle
•gaze at candle and visualize outcome/do a prayer for at least 10 mins
•thank planetary powers of mars and give license to depart
•Greater banishing hexagram of mars, facing mars

You do this on a Tuesday during the hour of mars on a waning moon. You could probably do the same thing with Saturn. This is all for educational purposes, of course.

Being pretty deep into Satanic circles and the occult, I've worked closely with people who have caused or may have caused people who I also knew and some that I didnt know, but knew of to "disappear". Aside from this, very powerful Satanists usually travel in the astral plane and attack that persons energy body on a regular until they become sick or just face misfortune. IT's really f-ed up and partly the reason I left Satanism.

However, all of that comes second to this very vital truth involved in the ritual: The only way you can cause someone to die without planning their death physically is by petitioning spirits that govern death on this Earth.. Everyone has an alloted time to die and its governed by spirits that control this or affect this. In petitioning these spirits, a very big bargain is made.. i wont get into the details but there is material sacrifice involved usually and work done in the physical to appease the spirit.

In doing this stuff, an analogy I would relate it to is like: hiring an FBI agent to act as a hitman.. This person is not supposed to kill, but they can.. they have the power to.. so the spirit in question is kinda forced or inticed to do it.. thus it feels you willbe indebted to it.. That's why the more closer you get into elite circles.. they rather just have a real person go and do it.. than utilizing magick, because even the spirits that can do it-- realize its breaking some law of their own spiritual plane... but someone who has been trained to do this for decades with underworld connections to get away with it-- is more ideal.

Red font notwithstanding, all of this is comic book fantasy.

A concerted effort over time can even make seemingly 'simple' attack techniques into a path to fatality. I'm alluding to certain psychic techniques.

In addition to the other suggestions you have LaVey's ritual of destruction (and still in his current, you have a couple of others too). Then in grimoires it can get darker. Humans have an unlimited capacity for destruction and destructive imagination. This causes many LHP'ers to conclude that humans really are Black Flames completely by nature. However they would be wrong.

Why should I put stock in the wiccan rede, exactly? Someone wrote it in a poem a few decades ago, I guess that makes it fact. Since it isn't identical to karma, how can you reference both simultaneously? And karma is a religious dogma that functions as a social control mechanism in certain societies.
Your claim of 'experiential reality' does not comport with my experience, as I've done plenty of psychically-orrientated work without blowback of any sort. When people experience 'negative effects' of cursing, it isn't due to whatever happens to their target- it's the nature of the forces (typically, egregores) they bring into their life.
