[Help] Is there a way to get "warned" off my profile at some point?

I'm not entirely sure if this is the right section for this thread so forgive me if not. I was just wondering if you have to wait for the warning to leave your profile or if it never goes away?

Yeah, I've been "warned" like four times already, and I think one thread might get me warned again (i know i broke the rule of sharing a webshop).
